Richards Consulting Engineers Limited was first established in 2009 in Canterbury. Working through the aftermath of the Canterbury earthquakes has widened our knowledge and expertise in designing resilient structures, which means we can now be confident of designing practical, robust solutions.

Our offices are in Christchurch, but we regularly visit the entire South Island.

Areas we service around North Canterbury include Hanmer, Hawarden, Cheviot, Amberley, Oxford, Rangiora. We also service the West Coast, Te Anau, Ashburton, Oamaru, Mackenzie District (Twizel, Fairlie, Tekapo) and Tasman.
