As you approach the final stage of your studies, we’d like to introduce an opportunity to begin your engineering career with RCE. We are currently hiring graduate structural engineers and are keen to connect with students nearing completion of their degrees. We’re looking for team-oriented individuals who enjoy problem solving, want to grow professionally, and can contribute in a collaborative environment.

As a medium-sized consultancy, we offer graduates broad project exposure across all stages, from concept through to construction - rather than a narrow scope. This allows for faster development of practical skills, supported by close mentorship and regular interaction with senior engineers.

You’ll take on responsibility early, contributing to smaller projects under supervision and progressing to more complex work over time. Our open, supportive environment ensures easy access to senior staff, making it easier to learn and grow, while your contributions remain visible and valued.
